What is the Rubber Dam Coaching Program?

(advanced one to one online workshop)

The Rubber Dam Master Online Course has been proven to be one of the most comprehensive online courses, about the integration of rubber dam isolation in daily restorative dentistry. The videos are extremely engaging and they touch base with all possible scenarios.

However, some of you have requested personal assistance to solve specific problems. That’s why I have created this program where we can fully dive into practical aspects and solve all the issues through direct one-to-one online coaching sessions.


THIS ONE-TO-ONE ONLINE PROGRAM IS MEANT TO BE THE BEST ALTERNATIVE TO A "HANDS ON" WORKSHOP WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO ORGANIZE NOWADAYS DUE TO COSTS OF TRAVELING AND OBVIOUSLY DUE TO THE CURRENT GLOBAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

HOW WILL THE PROCESS GO?


✅ Once enrolled in the Program, the student will be contacted on his/her email within 24 hours so that the 1st video meeting will be scheduled.


✅ During 1 month, we will have 5 ONE-ON -ONE video meetings where I will meet the student and we’ll discuss and solve all the practical issues encountered during daily practice.


✅ FIRST VIDEO SESSION: general discussion where we should discuss the problems that the student encounters during his practice; we will write them down together as a list of problems and we will discuss all armamentarium which should be used by the student. Also, we will discuss the technical way of documenting and sharing the problems (through videos, photos).


✅ PREPARATION FOR THE NEXT SESSIONS:
The student will film himself while practicing the rubber dam isolation with 2 cameras or 2 phones showing the performance from 2 different angles:
1. One: close up with the mouth of the patient showing the manipulation of the rubber dam set up.
2. Another one filming from the distance the student and his assistant in action, to capture the movement of the hands, body posture and all the gestures involved in the ergonomics of the protocol.
The student will take as many pictures as possible in order to highlight the problems and to show the final isolation result as additional content to be studied later on.


✅ These videos and photos will be shared via Dropbox before the WEEKLY SESSIONS. I will edit and synchronize the videos in a single footage in such a way that all the flaws can be studied beforehand. Also the photos will be organized in such a way that the problems can be highlighted and discussed.
Why is it important to send videos showing the action of the dentist together with the assistant?
As explained in the Bonus 7 Ergonomics of the Rubber Dam Master Online Course - not only every gesture and the position of the hands is important, but also the 4 hands techniques between the dentist and assistant.
That's why photos are important but not enough.


✅ The next VIDEO SESSIONS will be devoted to explaining the solutions to all depicted problems.
There will be 4 video sessions (1 per week, 1 hour each, agreed by both sides). We will have a Zoom meeting and we’ll focus on the respective problems selected from daily work practice.
All the solutions will be demonstrated by me in a special setup - phantom head mannequin with dental models already prepared as per the problems encountered.


✅ Everything will be explained live using 3 synchronized cameras to show you the action in the same time from different angles:
- one is a general view so you can see the position of the hands and body posture of both dentist and assistant;
- another one is an upward view to show a close up of the patient;
- the third one is a camera attached on my loupes filming all the details magnified, intra-orally.
